We are currently recruiting a debt recovery fee earner with experience of collecting service charges from developments (commercial and residential) to join this niche practice in Liverpool. You will work within a small team running your own caseload of files for a national client base predominantly consisting of large commercial property management companies, estate agents and their respective client. You will conduct a quantity of claimant orientated commercial debt recovery and landlord and tenant defended actions, winding up and bankruptcy actions to conclusion. Applicants must have previous experience and excellent litigation and advocacy skills.
This position comes with a very competitive salary in excess of £25,000 (DOE) with 24 days holiday. You will be joining a successful and expanding firm of Solicitors with lovely brand new offices in the East Village of the Ropewalks area in Liverpool city centre.
