An excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to work within a top Law firm based in Manchester. Salary to £20k

They currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader to join the Administration Support Team based within the Litigation and Debt Recovery department in Manchester.
The successful candidate will manage, coach and develop a team of six administration support staff to provide a professional service to both internal and external customers.
Previous experience supervising a team is essential for the role, preferably gained within an Operational Service Delivery environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, as is the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing the work of the team therefore attention to detail is important.
They will also be responsible for providing management information regarding the progress of the team and should be constantly striving to improve processes and procedures within the team.
Candidates must have excellent PC skills (e.g. MS Office applications) specifically Word and Excel.
The hours of work for the role will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 (flexibility in working hours will be required depending upon business needs).
