Debt Recovery Fee Earner / Mortgage Re-Possession Legal Assistant Manchester Salary to £20k
Our client are experts on the tightly regulated consumer credit industry. With years of experience in providing specialist advice and volume services to lenders and intermediaries, their efficient and commercially astute solicitors are dedicated to maintaining a deep and detailed knowledge of all the most recent legal developments in the financial sector.
They are currently looking for a Debt Recovery Fee Earner or Mortgage Re-Possession Legal Assistant to join their team.
Duties will include recovering secured debts through litigation and/or negotiation, opening new files, preparing Arrears Schedules, Particulars of Claim, Witness Statements and all work from opening new matters to billing, checking all work before being passed back to the Partner to sign, dealing with clients over the telephone and via their direct computer system link and dealing with a heavy workload and assisting others in their absence.
Candidates must have experience of working within either Debt Recovery or Mortgage Re-Possession and have a legal background.
