Debt Recovery Fee Earner Manchester - £25k Our client has a team of specialist solicitors and lawyers who are experienced in handling the most common and the most complex legal situations. They were in the top ten of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for Survey. The Debt Recovery Unit is looking to employ an experienced Debt Recovery Executive. The position is likely to be on a fixed term contract of 50 weeks. Applicants should have experience in dealing with undefended, volume, commercial debt recovery work. All applicants should have knowledge of issuing county court proceedings, entry of judgement and enforcement of judgements.
