We are currently recruiting an Insolvency Solicitor for this medium sized, extremely high quality practice in Manchester city centre. You will take over an existing workload and advise clients on the legal and commercial aspects of Corporate and Personal Insolvency matters (both contentious and non - contentious), in particular on the Corporate side the sale of businesses and assets.
Applicants will ideally have 2 - 5years PQE in Insolvency, possess a real flair for the area of law and be willing to participate in business development and marketing. Salary is likely to be between £36,000 and £44,000 with a good benefits package including 25 days holiday and pension. The firm actively support a good work-life balance and offer excellent career progression prospects.
