Due to a major expansion within the department there are 3 positions crying out for a Solicitor with sound competency in contentious or non-contentious Insolvency Law to assist a Partner on his heavy caseload. The Corporate team consists of around 40 Lawyers who have their fingers on the pulse regarding the latest developments in the implementation of the Companies Act.
The candidate should have an excellent commercial awareness and would have benefited from good supervision during the early part of their career.
