The successful candidate will be joining the Corporate Recoveries team handling debt collection from the London office. The role involves assisting on insolvency litigation matters including disclosure, statement of costs and attending court. They will also assist with the non-contentious team attending to preparing bibles and deeds of release on asset sales. Candidates will ideally have some previous paralegal experience and knowledge of recoveries work is essential.
