An organised Fee Earner with Debt Recovery experience is currently required for a Liverpool law firm.
After more than ten years of trading, our client has built up a professional, friendly team successfully specialising in our niche areas of law. They are situated in their own custom designed offices in a vibrant area of the city centre.
The Role: The successful candidate will be working within the collections team on their own caseload of varied Debt Recovery matters, with duties to include: managing own files from initial instruction to completion, issuing proceedings, preparing and issuing applications and claims, giving advice to clients, attending court, carrying out own advocacy etc.
Ideally candidates will be qualified to ILEX or QBE level and have previous Debt Recovery experience. Previous Commercial experience will be beneficial but is not essential. The right candidate will benefit from joining a loyal firm.
