Our client, based in Liverpool city centre, currently requires a fee earner to run their own caseload. The firm specialises in good quality business debt recovery and also claimant litigation landlord and tenant work. The chosen candidate will have experience handling disputed claims to final hearing and will also deal with insolvency actions. Drafting and advocacy skills are essential to the role.
