A top law firm is currently seeking a Trace Executive for their Debt Recovery team in Leeds. Salary up to £14k.
The Client: Our Client is a leading national and international Commercial law firm with offices in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Manchester. As a top 50 full service law firm their focus is on delivering innovative, real and value-for-money solutions to Clients based on astute and practical legal advice. As a firm they are well known for their technical expertise, real life advice and adding real value to businesses.
The Role: Applications are being welcomed from confident individuals who can demonstrate a track record of telephone based techniques and an ability to use own initiative. A background in a collections environment or a legal environment would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Processing own caseload, working as part of a team, working for a range of clients, dealing with incoming post, making trace enquiries, utilising the case management system, checking and processing invoices and reporting to the Collections manager.
This role will best suit team players who have strong telephone skills and can demonstrate IT literacy. Salary up to £14k.
