Large national commercial firm in Leeds seeks a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to head up debt recovery team. You will need supervisory experience because the role involves supervising 30 skilled staff whoi specialise in debt recovery litigation. Client base involves large commercial entities drawn from the financial, retail, government and debt purchase sectors. You will have good broad debt collection experience and intrinsic knowledge of debt collection and legal enforcement methods. A strong knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act and associated legislation is key.. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial and technical skills and academic qualifications, be a team player, be client focussed and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to their work. Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential.
