Our client are a niche practice of solicitors specialising in corporate and commercial work, based in Leeds but dealing with clients on a regional and national basis. They deal largely in banking, corporate finance, insolvency and recovery and property, both commercial and residential, along with directors' disqualification and forensic recovery work.
They are looking for a experienced debt recovery litigator to undertake a mix of debt recovery, contentious insolvency and commercial litigation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years corporate or business recoveries experience and preferably with an insolvency flavour
Salary will be dependent upon experience and is likely to be in the region of £25 -£30K
