Uninsured Loss Recovery Fee Earners x3 - Birmingham
My client is a highly regarded law firm in the Midlands with a legal practice spanning over more than forty years and were awarded the prestigious title of Law Firm of the Year 2006 by the Birmingham Law Society.
The successful candidates will be joining an ever expanding Injury and Insurance Claims department filled with highly motivated, strong team players with excellent communication and client care skills. The role will deal with recovering losses on post issue matters on behalf of both individuals and 'blue chip' clients. You will also be dealing with credit hire claims as well as diminution in value claims, repair costs, engineers fees, loss of use, etc. If you have some litigation experience and/or experience in dealing with credit hire claims it would be ideal but not essential.
