My client is a reputable regional firm that has attracted larger and larger instructions over the recent years due to the quality of work they deliver.
The Commercial Litigation team (10 people) provides advice on matters such as:
The position involves working for a wide range of clients including local businesses, insolvency practitioners and household names.
The successful candidate will handle a general caseload including property litigation, insolvency and general contractual disputes and will be involved with client development in order to progressively build their own caseload.
Ideally 3-5 years' pqe, or equivalent, you will possess a generalist commercial litigation background. You will also be a confident communicator both internally and externally.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious solicitor looking for quality work and good career potential.
My client will be able to accommodate an assistant solicitor or an associate and will set up a transparent and clear career development plan to insure that promotion, even to partnership, can be reached.
Salary: £30 - 55K depending on experience
