Handling files from instruction to settlement, the main responsibilities of this role will centre on running a caseload of commercial litigation files, generally in relation to recoveries, contractual disputes, policy interpretation, and product liability claims.
There is already a quality caseload available and the remit is to head up the team and grow this area of work.
