My client is a market leader in their field and has an opening for a Legal Assistant. Based at their Head Office in Cheshire you will have responsibility for the organisation's debt recovery and litigation matters. Your remit will include debt recovery, defending claims and advising on some PI and Employment matters. You will also be required to produce management reports on a regular basis.
This is a stand alone role and therefore you must have the ability and confidence to take responsibility for the above matters. Although you will be the sole in-house legal advisor you will have support from management and external advisors. This is a great opportunity for someone with a civil litigation background who wishes to make a move in-house.
