We have just received instructions for a position working for a leading utility company in there debt recovery department. They are looking for an enthusiastic FILEX or NQ solicitor to join there busy legal department on a temporary rolling contract (Min 3 -6 months) which the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
Required skills
·FILEX with at least 1 year PQE NQ Solicitor.
·Experience of debt recovery
·IT literate
·Confident advocacy
·Access to your own vehicle
Key areas in the role
·Work on all claims through to final judgement
·Prioritise cases for immediate action and judging cases which can be dealt with by written submission
·Complete all court documentation as required
·Prepare statements and exhibits to progress the claim
·Advocate on behalf of the company at applicable area courts
