Top 100 regional legal practice, with a strong reputation for corporate recovery work, require an insolvency solicitor to join their team in Bristol. The practice has been expanding both organically and through acquisition, gaining a strong reputation and enviable client list The corporate recovery team specialises in Administrations, Administrative, LPA and fixed charge receiverships, Court Appointed Receiverships, Liquidations, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Partnership Voluntary Arrangements Clients include a number of national and local businesses, generally using the firm for a number of their legal services. A dynamically growing caseload has resulted in a new vacancy. The nature of the work on offer is likely to suit an applicant around 3-4 years PQE, including a minimum of two years insolvency experience.
