A qualified solicitor with more than 2 years PQE in Insolvency Law is sought by this strong Bristol practice. Operating from a central location the firm offers services to a range of corporate clients, including national companies and local business.
Working alongside the Partner the successful candidate will deal with a wide variety of clients including both large national businesses and private individuals. Responsibilities will include managing a mature caseload and assisting the Partner with more complex files. Supervision and training will be available as required. It is envisaged that this arrangement will allow the post holder to grow their skills and experience.
Additionally there will be the opportunity to undertake business and client development. This will include marketing, meeting clients, attendance at social events and contributing to publications.
Applicants should have good insolvency experience, including corporate issues and have a desire to progress their career in this area. Personal characteristics will include good communication skills, a flexible working approach and client focus.
