A skilled Legal Assistant with Dispute and Resolution experience is currently required for a friendly firm in Bristol. Salary up to £18k.
The Client: Our client is a thriving law firm which is ranked among the top ten in Bristol. They operate from two successful offices and are currently supported by 135 members of staff whose forward thinking and proactive approach to law ensures our client is a popular choice for clients seeking an excellent legal service.
The Role: Our client's Legal Disputes Team is currently looking for a skilled Paralegal or Legal Executive to assist the team. The successful candidate should have good knowledge of enforcement procedures in respect of Debt Recovery work, have an understanding of the progress pf a claim through the Court's small clams track or fast track and be qualified to either LPC, Law Degree of ILEX level. Duties will include: Drafting statements of cases, drafting witness statements, answering telephone enquiries and all other duties as requested.
