An exciting role in central Birmingham has arisen for skilled Fee Earners with a background in Uninsured Loss Recoveries law. Salary up to £22k.
The Client: Our client has been established since the early 1960's and has over the years expanded successfully with the firm receiving a national reputation for handling bulk referred work to the highest standards. This has been recognised by the Birmingham Law Society by awarding them the prestigious title of Law Firm of the Year 2006.
The Role: Due to continued expansion, our client is currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong team players with excellent communication and client care skills to join their friendly team. The successful candidates will be recovering losses on post issue matters on behalf of both individuals and 'blue chip' clients. In addition candidates will be dealing with credit hire claims as well as diminution in value claims, repair costs, engineers' fees, loss of use, etc. The ideal candidates will have some Litigation experience and/or experience in dealing with credit hire claims, preferred but not essential. Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets and deadlines is essential. The position requires the candidates to do all their own typing and all other administrative duties.
