Job Description

This laid-back BIRMINGHAM ULR 'focus firm' is in a fast-paced expansionist phase, and a Paralegal or Legal Executive is needed to head up a small team within the practice. Coordinated by a charismatic Partner and buoyed by recent key client wins, it's a very laid-back and happy environment in which to ply your trade. If you're from a PI, debt or ULR background with supervisory experience (even on an informal / ad hoc basis) this position could well be of interest for the following reason:

-Work / life balance: there is only usually the Partner and Manager around after 5.30pm

Normally, it's seen as a backwards step, moving from personal injury into ULR. However, the fantastic teamwork ethic that's prevalent here means that those at PI 'factories' could well be interested in working in a more serene setting.
