£ LEADING SALARY. The remuneration package you'll receive will reflect the fact that you will be a stand-alone practitioner, the first debt recovery specialist at the Birmingham office of this national firm. As first on board, it is a clear opportunity for a Legal Executive at one of the more established debt recovery teams to make their mark, and be noted for the individual contribution they make to the firm's continued prosperity. You will be able to tap into the first-rate litigation knowledge of the firm's Litigation Partner when you need support, thereby augmenting your knowledge Your caseload will involve pursuing debts across all 3 tracks, on behalf of clients that will include OMBs, SMEs and local lenders against both incorporated and individual debtors.
