A well respected firm is seeking an experienced fee earner to join its debt recovery department. You will have conduct of both defended and undefended debt matters. Benefits package is second to none.
You will need to have experience on managing your own caseload from inception to completion and be fully versed on the procedure and be competent of in completing all relevant court documentation. In addition knowledge of enforcement procedures is also a requirement.
