Lender Services Unit in Birmingham continues to experience growth and to compliment the team further they are now looking for an experienced paralegal to undertake their own case load of undefended and recoveries matters for asset finance clients. The successful candidate will also work with the team on contested asset finance litigation and well as assisting with billing and reporting requirements. You will be dealing with key stages in cases, from instruction through to enforcement action, and advising clients on the best course of action on each case. Other duties include liaising with third parties; negotiating repayments with debtors; maintaining integrity of data within own case load as well as dealing with general day to day client queries.
And preparing data to assist with the preparation of bills and reports. You will also comply with all service levels agreed within client specific Service Level Agreements. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced dynamic team that offers great work and supported career progression.
