A friendly Birmingham law firm are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to help provide support for 6- 9 months in their Business Recovery team.Immediate Start. Salary up to £18k.
Our client is a Legal 500 firm and is widely recognised within Birmingham, established since the early 1930's they have transformed over the years and expanded into a very successful, dynamic and highly regarded firm. All staff are aided by the latest technology and have meticulous attention to detail as well as being committed to their clients needs and the firm's expectations.
The Role: The successful candidate will be covering maternity leave, with the position expected to last between 6 and 9 months. Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with excellent typing skills to join their busy Business Recovery team (Previous Business Recovery experience not essential but strong Legal Secretarial skills are!). Duties will include but are not limited to: Diary management, audio typing of legal documents and correspondence, faxing and filing. Candidates will be IT literate with competent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good time management and organisational skills are essential to the success of this role.
Previous experience of tracking changes and strike-outs will be advantageous!
This role will ideally suit anyone looking to work for a highly regarded and respected law firm. Salary of up to £18k for the successful candidate. Immediate Start.
