Litigation Paralegal / URL Credit Hire / Reading Urgent to 24k
Our client is the market leader in Credit Hire defendant work and they are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their team. This role will be based in their Reading Office.
The role is to help the credit hire team fee earners to assist insurance companies defend claims from the credit hire industry.
You will be assisting the fee earners in the credit hire team to deal with litigated claims all the way to a final hearing and in doing so keep to an absolute minimum the amount of credit hire charges paid.
You will be providing all necessary litigation support to the credit hire team.
Experience in Credit Hire / Debt Recovery or Personal Injury work is ESSENTIAL.
You must have good communication skill (written and telephone), good IT skills and a tactical mind.
