Top 100 recognised private practice with an enviable reputation for its quality of work and ongoing success has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team. The firm offers a comprehensive range of commercial and private client services and enjoys an impressive client list including HNW individuals, local, regional and national household name businesses and PLC's. The current team consists of 3 partners, 1 consultant, 4 associates and 5 solicitors across the firm. Lawyers handle a variety of disputes including: Contract and Tort Insurance Company and Partnership Corporate Recovery and Bankruptcy Banking and Finance Fraud and Asset Tracing Regulatory and Health & Safety Trusts The successful candidate is likely to have at least 3 years of experience gained from a recognised Commercial department. You will also have good general commercial litigation skills with a leaning towards Insolvency work. The ability to effectively market the department and establish strong links with clients is essential.
