This regional heavyweight has a high profile regulatory team handling the full range of trading standards, health & safety, environmental and other regulatory issues for clients including major UK and international businesses together with not-for-profit organisations. They are looking to recruit a solicitor with at least 2 years regulatory experience. Criminal lawyers with good commercial advocacy experience may be considered as the firm can provide training in regulatory law. You can expect to provide advice and representation to clients including incident management and client training.
