This growing Nottinghamshire mid-tier practice is looking for a Road Transport Solicitor with circa 2 years post-qualification experience. They are looking for an advocate with experience of handling Operator Licensing Public Inquiries and Magistrate Court drivers' hours, tachograph, and other offences and Road Traffic prosecutions. Alternatively the position would suit a solid criminal lawyer who would be interested in specialising in Road Transport Law for operators of passenger and goods vehicles as well as dealing with Motor Offence work. Business development skills are a must in this role.
