Private Client / Court of Protection Fee Earner Manchester to £35,000
Our client is a full service law firm with clients split almost equally between businesses and private individuals. With roots that can be traced back as far as 1852, the firm now has 92 partners and a total staff of 700 who all work within specialist teams focusing on the niche work carried out by their department. Based centrally on Deansgate in Manchester serving clients throughout the North West, as well as nationally and internationally.
Recognised by both The Legal 500 Guide and The Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as one of the leading North West firms having many Partners who are considered to be 'leaders in their field'.
They are now looking for a highly enthusiastic, dynamic and self-confident professional candidate to join the expanding Private Client team. With commitment to deliver exceptional client care, this role will:-
•Participate in the development and continued expansion of business from new and existing clients, including high net worth individuals and agricultural clients.
•Provide quality legal advice on all aspects of Capital Tax planning, elderly client advice, Court of Protection, Complex Probate Administration and all associated areas of private client work.
•Assist in the motivation and management of the team of 12 fee earners and support staff.
