Prison Law Solicitor/Legal Executive – Liverpool. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Prison Law Specialist to join the expanding criminal department of an established Merseyside Practice.
The role will involve managing a caseload of prison law mattes including parole reviews, adjudications, re-categorisation, life sentence reviews, home detention curfews, legal mail and requests and complaints. Applications are welcomes from both qualified solicitors and experienced legal executives/clerks. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of prison law and be fully police station accredited.
