It is committed to diversifying and growing its offering in the firm's core areas serving both the North West market and clients of the firm who require services in the North West.
The Commercial Litigation team handles a range of complex insurance litigation matters including professional liability and property claims, insurance policy coverage disputes, fraud claims, and an increasing amount of Regulatory work.
The Role: If you are an experienced Health and Safety/Regulatory solicitor seeking the opportunity to build on a base of work with the backing of a strong brand this could be a great move. You will take a key role in developing this area of work, so being well-connected or having a following would be desirable, though not a pre-requisite.
