CRIME SOLICITOR - NORFOLK
Niche 4 office specialisit litigation firm law firm with a distinctive pro-active approach are on the lookout for a Crime Solicitor to join their dynamic defence team
The successful candidate will be dealing with defending both high profile clients and serious crime in cases from the police station to the House of Lords including cases of serious fraud, murder, evasion of excise duty and money laundering.
Also dealing with both civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions mounted by all the major law enforcement bodies including the National Crime Squad, the Serious Fraud Office, Department of Trade and Industry, HM Revenue and Customs and the Financial Services Authority including Money Laundering, Missing Trader Fraud, VAT Fraud, Carousel Fraud and Mortgage Fraud.
The firm has had considerable involvement in overseas investigations and prosecutions and is used to working closely with overseas lawyers and their clients and if required can call upon leading barristers, QCs, forensic accountants and other key specialists as necessary.
The Firm also has extensive experience in asset recovery and obtaining and defending against freezing orders and search orders in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Crime solicitor with proven broad experience handling this type of caseload. This is an excellent oppportunity to gain experience within this established firm with a commanding reputation in this area of law.
