This established law firm in South Manchester has a requirement for an experienced Criminal Paralegal. You will be joining a busy team of Solicitors representing clients on all types of offences. The team offers legal advice to clients at the Police station, rigorously defends them in interview and then represents in all types of proceedings before the Magistrates Court, Crown Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords, European Courts and also British Army Court Martials. Applicants will need at least two years experience and will assist lawyers with the progression of their cases as well as handling some matters independently. Police station Accreditation would be an advantage although not essential for the right candidate. Salary will reflect your level of experience.
