This internationally renowned City law firm is looking for a criminal legal secretary for a 6 month fixed term contract. Working 9.30 to 5.30 the role will be to provide full secretarial/PA support to busy fee earners with regards to letters, memoranda, attendance notes, all filing photocopying and account enquiry handling, receiving and making calls to clients, counsel etc and assisting with day to day diary management. The ideal candidate will have 70wpm, experience as a legal sec in ideally crime but family, lit or med neg(contentious areas of law) would be considered. The post requires a self starter, a team player who is willing to help, is calm under pressure and well presented. A good knowledge of Excel and /or the Arista accounting package would be a bonus.
