Criminal solicitor sought to deal with crime and regulatory work at a legal 500 firm in Lancashire.
The role will initially involve dealing with a caseload of criminal prosecutions arsing from personal injury or death on roads, in addition to assisting 3 other fee earners with regulatory work. In time and with training the successful candidate will then move over to the regulatory team. The regulatory team represent companies facing investigation or prosecution by regulatory authorities such as The Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Trading Standards, Environmental Health Authority, The Environment Agency and Local Authorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to further their career whilst gaining excellent bespoke ongoing training. A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with experience.
