The ideal candidate will be Duty qualified with higher rights of audience and have 3-7 years plus experience seeking a challenging and hands on opportunity, looking to hit the ground running and further develop the crime department as well as their skills and working knowledge. You will have the following experience:Articulate, confident and highly persuasive manner able to build excellent and continuing relationships with clients, courts and other Criminal Justice agencies. Strong personal integrity and interpersonal skills; works well with staff, leads by example, motivates and encourages. Critical thinker; strong analytical skills; accurate and probing.
