As a Legal 500 rated firm, this firm specialise in business crime focusing on prosecutions by The SFO, HMRC, CPS, BERR and other organisations from representation at the Police Station through to trial. The firm also represents professionals in disciplinary proceedings, alongside employment and civil/commercial litigation. Their work includes private and publicly funded work. They are seeking an experienced solicitor for their new office in Bristol. They are interested in hearing from dynamic people with white collar criminal or regulatory experience who are looking to enhance their reputation in a niche practice. The successful candidate will be pro-active in terms of marketing. LSC Supervisor status, and VHCC Case Manager status desired.
