The successful candidate will join the Restructuring Group advising on all aspects of Contentious and Non-Contentious corporate recovery and restructuring to banks and other lenders providing debt facilities. They will attend to matters including reorganisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, through to formal insolvency procedures such as administration, receivership, voluntary arrangements, liquidation and bankruptcy.
