Fantastic opportunity for two year PQE qualified solicitor to handle a caseload of Corporate files.
This growing niche practice is based in Sheffield city centre specialising in corporate, commercial, tax, employment and property law. The firms company and commercial department specialises in:
•Company formation
•Asset and share acquisitions
•Licensing
•General protection of intellectual property
•Distribution and agency agreements
The successful applicant must be comfortable handling a caseload from initial instruction to completion. Ideally the applicant will be comfortable assisting in the promotion of the firm and be prepared to work upon brining in new business.
