Two roles exist in the Corporate Department of this top 100 law firm and solicitors with 1-3 years PQE and 3-4 years PQE are asked to apply!
Applicants should have a solid knowledge and experience of Corporate Transactions, focusing on M&A. The roles will also include drafting shareholder agreements, company formations, partnerships and transaction due diligence in addition to taking on a wide variety of transaction work to support the continued development of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in business development. The clients range from local start-up businesses to major quoted companies. The corporate clients include public companies, banks, funds, owner-managed businesses and subsidiaries of overseas groups.
