The team consists of highly experienced corporate lawyers with backgrounds from the City, leading regionals and international firms. Due to continued increases in workflow, they wish to recruit an additional corporate solicitor with a proven track record in corporate transactions.
Your work will range from small private limited company acquisitions and disposals to listed PLC work, institutional investments and international collaborations.
