A skilled and motivated Solicitor/FILEX with good knowledge of Corporate/Commercial law is required for this successful law firm in Brierley Hill. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client is a highly reputable and friendly firm established in the late 1800's . The firm specialises in Business and Private affairs which covers a wide variety of law including Family and Corporate law, they are continually expanding to meet their clients requirements while maintaining the personal touch. This successful firm is now one of the largest in the West Midlands and is always looking for new candidates to add to their development.
The Role: The Corporate/Commercial department at this reputable firm is steadily expanding and now our client is seeking a Solicitor or FILEX with 2yrs PQE experience to help relieve a busy workload. The successful candidate will be dealing with a whole range of Corporate and Commercial matters and liaising with clients from local business to large multi-national companies. Therefore candidates must have undertook a similar role for a minimum of two years and have good, confident knowledge of this area of law. Candidates with IP, franchising and e-commerce experience will be at an advantage.
