The corporate finance team handles a broad range of high profile transactional M&A and private equity work on behalf of a diverse spread of blue-chip clients including both UK and international companies, developers, investors and other corporate bodies. Well managed and profitable, the firm now seeks to strengthen their team with the hire of an experienced associate solicitor.
You will have at least 4 years experience gained ideally with a recognised regional or City firm. You'll be keen to deploy your transactional experience and deal making expertise with a collegiate, forward moving and well organised national firm.
