This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to take the next step in their corporate career. You will be joining a Birmingham team of a well respected firm offering fantastic quality of work from both London and national clients along with a genuine respect for your home life commitments.
You are joining the Corporate team at a dynamic time and you will assist a variety of clients from family businesses to household names and multi-national companies. Typically you will be involved in a varied caseload covering
o M & A and disposals
o Pre-IPO funding
o AIM work
o MBOs
o Joint ventures
o Private equity
This role is ideal for a strong corporate solicitor with circa 2 - 4 years' PQE looking to handle high quality work in a rewarding and friendly environment. There are obviously times when you may have to stay late in the office to complete a transaction, however this is not the norm and you are actively encouraged to go home! This client understands your needs and knows for you to be at your best, every part of your life needs to be balanced.
