Corporate Solicitor
A truly outstanding company recognised regionally and nationally for providing a professional and quality full legal service, this firm are looking to bolster their position through the acquisition of a talented Corporate Solicitor.
The post holder will join the Corporate Governance team to assist in the provision of practical advice and assistance to businesses and the people that direct and control all aspects of corporate governance.
Your remit will be varied and challenging and you will find yourself working with a range of clients including Charities, Companies, Directors, Managers, Not for Profit organisations and Shareholders. Work handled will comprise of Director duties, liabilities and powers, corporate social responsibilities, constitutional issues and regulatory compliance, shareholders’ meetings, shareholders’ agreements, transactions with Directors and proxy voting rights.
Ideal candidates will have gained experience within the corporate sector and possess solid regulatory experience, particularly AIM. In addition, you must be an expert communicator with impeccable communication skills and the ability to forge solid working relationships.
