Insolvency Lawyer - Surrey - £Competitive
Leading law firm with a dedicated Insolvency team advising on all aspects of insolvency law, currently require an additional Solicitor. The team undertakes work on all corporate insolvency related issues, along with advising on individual and compliance matters.
The successful individual will have an understanding and preferably some experience in the following: Personal Insolvency; bankruptcy and matrimonial homes, IVA's and antecedent transactions Corporate Insolvency and restructuring: liquidations, CVA's and Administrative Receiverships, with an emphasis upon post Enterprise Act administration.
Individuals who may not have extensive experience in insolvency but who exhibit a real willingness to learn will also be considered. Excellent communication skills are essential as the role will involve extensive liaison with clients and heavy marketing aspect.
