On behalf of a highly well respected Legal 500 Law Firm, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 yrs UK PQE or equivalent to join our client's corporate team based in Hampshire.
The growing corporate team requires a professional to undertake general corporate work with a variety of FTSE 250 clients and other large national clients. The Work will include advising both public and private companies on a range of matters including management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases, reorganizations and regulatory compliance.
The successful applicant will have gained experience in a city, national or large regional practice.
Key Attributes:
* 1-3 years UK PQE experience in corporate law
* Background in general corporate work
* Good academics (2:1)
* Good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources
* IT Literacy
* Ability to build relationships with clients and potential clients
* Excellent Interpersonal and team skills
Salary - A fantastic salary and benefits package will be discussed and awarded to reflect previous skills and experience.
Start date: ASAP
