CORPORATE COUNSEL - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

International Media Production Company seeks Corporate Counsel to work as Audio liaison and with the Audio Business Unit. Must have 3-5years PQE in sophisticated legal environment (some in-house experience would be an advantage). UK experience essential, some European experience desirable. Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing a broad range of commercial matters including software licensing, strategic partnership, third party development, managed services, consulting, sales channel, and other business transactions. Knowledge of regulatory consumer requirements desirable. Excellent business judgement and strategic thinking. Strong work ethic, good organisation skills, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently, see projects through to completion on time and within budget. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters. Superb written and oral communication skills. Superior interpersonal skills, with a sense of humour and a commitment .Occasional travel (both domestic and international) may be required. Someone who can hit the ground running
